Equipment Requirements
We follow AMA rules, but may adapt them for the smooth running of our track. Below are just a few key rules that are strictly enforced.
Motorcycles:
1. Number plates on front and both sides of bike. It is recommended that all number plates display white on black or black on white. If not, they must abide by the color schemes stated in the AMA rules manual.
2. No lights of any kind are allowed.
Quads:
1. Nerf bars
2. Tether strap kill switch
3. Rear number plate.

Rider safety equipment:
1. Helmet
2. Goggles
3. Boots (Must be 8 inches or higher)
4. Long pants
5. Long sleeve shirt
6. Gloves
Chest protector and knee pads or braces are not required, but are highly recommended.
It is highly recommended that all equipment stated above be of the variety that is designed for off-road motocross or atv racing.
FV MotoX reserves the right to disqualify any rider who does not adhere to the requirements stated above.
PIT BIKES/QUAD RIDING
There
have been concerns expressed about pit bike and other motor vehicle riding
during our race events. We want to give
our riders & spectators a safe family environment.
Fun
Valley
management has
decided, for the safety of all our patrons, to change our policy on riding
during the race weekends. Listed are the
changes that will take effect immediately.
All
drivers of pit bikes, atv’s,
golf carts, etc. must be
16 yrs old
& up.
Riders
under 16 yrs old will only be allowed to ride to the start gate and back to
their pit area at a SLOW speed.
Bicycles are allowed.
NO riding after dark, 8:00p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO persons on the track after races are finished without management permission.
